Actuarial Management Corporation ("AMC") is organized as a stock-holding company. It owns and operates entities such as Actuarial Institutional, Banbury Group, 1791 Management.

AMC is also the founding member of The Institute of Applied Actuarial Science "IAAS". Through its subsidiaries, the company serves institutional clients by managing private investment vehicles across real estate, credit, venture, and public equities. AMC was initially formed as Jonathan R. Wallentine's family office.
